Also, he describes the different experiences customers go through depending if they shop at a privately owned bookstore, compared to large cooperations like Amazon and Barn's and Noble. Later in the interview Trevor comments on how specialty bookstores are becoming more popular because Amazon put all the large bookstore chains out of business.
