heard the evidence and being of the op i n ion that said automobile
was n ot q.e~g used to transport ardent spirits illegally at the
time o f ~ seizure as averred in the in:Ormation, and it further
appearing to the c ourt t hat :Miller

company, Limited have filed
an answer in this cause in which they claim title to the aforesaid
automobile under a certain memorandum or contra ct of da te the
6th day of June, 1924; and it further appearing to the c ourt t hat

Company, Limited, en tered into a bond as provided by
the Prohibition Act of thi s State in the penalty of Five Hundred
Dollars, and took the aforesaid automobile into its possession
upon the condition that it would have the automobile forthcoming
at such lay and place as may be heres.ft.er lawfully appointed and
