At the request of Mr. James Sipe, Comm.Atty., of Rockingham Co• ., victim an:l accused were given
Polyeraph examinations on 12-19-61.,
Standard Polygraph procedure was exercised throughout.
Two charts were run on accus~d~th specific reactions to relevant questions.
Under interDogation,
accuse admitted victim told subatantially
the truth in her testimony in the preliminary hearing
and that he has h d intercourse
with her twice~ Dep. Sheriff Gle1m Wilcox observed the examination.
Three charts were run on victim.
Specific reactions were given to questions concerning sexual
relations
with more boys than she has told about.
She admitted she had intercourse
once when
she was four years old and once (with Roger Sailor) when she was about seven., She dogmatically
stated these were the only times except for the two times with accused., Specific reactions
indicate she has not told the complete truth in this case.
She seems very doubtful when asked
if she is sure that accused is the father of her child, but will nake no admissions in this
except to state that accused is the father.
It is rrry opinion that she hast old the truth about
having intercourse
with accused but has not told the complete truth about sexual relatio 0 with
other persons.
