about 11 or 12 o'clock (Midnight) out at the Harrison.
I didn't aee Bett7 aey more until about 2s30 A. M, Sunday, October 31, when I came
back from a. date with 1111'girl on Johnson St!'eet.

I stood out on the street until Homer came back. which was in a minute
or two.
Homer came out • but J4cD&niel didn't come with him.

Then me and
Homer went back up to Betty Morrieon' s room.
When we went 1n the room, Betty
Morriaon alld Robert Samuele were sitting on the bed, and McD&niel waa stallding up
at the toot of the bed tallcing.
Atter a couple ot minute•,
Homer and
McDaniel went out.
Somebody put the light out atter McDaniel am Homer went out.
I don't know who it•••
!hen Robert samuela, Betty Morrison and I 1-V acroaa the bed.

but a little
while, until Betty rolled over against me.
She put her arms around
m:, neck and kieaed me.
I put m:, arms around her.
Then I put ffI3 hand inaide

She didn't aay ~thing
and didn't try to stop me.
She bad her leg over across mine.
A~ter taat, I reached 1n m:, pocket and got a
Nbber out and put U on.
I then lay back doWn the same way we had been lying before
I put the rubber on.
Betty then turned over on her back and I turned O-Yerwith her
and got on top ot her.
I al ipped her pants aeide and started to
put U in lwr, but I come before I got it in.

l.le and Olfen Samuels and Homer Jloubra.y were standing in front of the Harrison Hotel,
whm Betty Morrhon wu walking North on Main Street, and eh.a ■topped and ■ tarted
talking to ua.
She said to Oren "We11, Owen, a.re you ready to go up with me?",
and &en aaid, "No, I don't think I am going up."
So she tried to get own to go,
and Oren wouldn't go •.
I waa st8l'lding OTer on the street close to where the other■ were ■taming, and she
walked up to me.
I had -rq hands in -rq pocket■•
And she uked me it I WBl'lted
to go up and at&J with her.
She told us she had a room 1n the Harrison Hotel.
I told her I dldn • t think I wanted to go up with bar.
Sb.e grattlled me by the arm
and- kept on jerking at me until she got me 1n the door, then ahe held me by the hand
and led me up the steps to her room, which wu room No. 2.
She opened the door
with a key, and when we went in, she looked the door on the i:Dti indde.
We sat down on the bed for maybe four minute■, and Olen samu.els, Red lrtcDanlel and
Homer Moubray came in.
They knocked on the door :tirst • and a.nd Betty unlocked
the door and let them in.
There were two chairs in the room, and Bed JJcD&niel
and Homer 14oubra.v sat down on them.
Oren samuels sat down on the bed.
We
talked
for a while, and the light waa on.
'!'hen Homer and Red came back d.OWnatalra.
Alter they lett, Oren, Betty and I were sitting
on the side ot the bed,
with Bett1 between ua.
The light waa still on.
I put a pillow under rrq
head and 1"1 across the bed.
Oren Samuele and Betty Morrison then lay across
the other e?ld of the bed I think they were facing each other.
When I la,
down across the bed, Bett7 got up and turned the light ott.
While they were lying across the bed, they were moTing around, and the bed wu going
up mid down.
Thia laated for about ten minutes, then Ollen got up Md said he wu
going to the bath room.
Betty &aked him if he was coming back, and be aaid he

She got oloae to me,
and put her anu around me, then ahe throwed her legs over on top ot me, and

Then ahe aaid, "Robert, I am going to like you."
I said,
"You are?"
We kissed each other once.
Then she lf\V over on her back, and
I put a rubber on and got on top ot her.
Sbe didn't try to keep me trom
getting on top ot her.
Then I pushed her p&nte a■ ide, and put it in her.
She
didn't try to atop me from putting it in, am it was 8861 to get in.
She put her
arms around uq back.
She opened her lega herself,
I didn't have to open them.
She acted like she waa getting aome tun out of it, and came up to meet me mzu
several times.
She never aaid a word until we •~re through.

It took me about ten minute■ from tbe time· I got on her until
a discharge f'rom me. but the rubber didn't bre<.
I got through.

home with me.

I asked her what she was crying
said she waa crying over me.

said she wu going home with me, and I told her she waan't.
