Witnesseth. That the said Jeremiah Kyle overseer of the poor as aforesaid by virtue of an order of the court of the aforesaid county, bearing date January term 1814, has put, placed, and bound and by these presents doth put, place, and bind Robert Travis orphan of John Travis dec’d aged eighteen years in July next (and who was formally bound to Felix Sheltman) to be an apprentice with him the said Francis Hite and as an apprentice with him the said Francis Hite to dwell from the date of these presents until the said Robert Travis shall come to the age of twenty one years, according to the act of the General Assembly in that case made and provided.
