The Oversized Miscellaneous Materials (Series VCCA006) form part of the Virginia Court Clerks Association Records, a collection spanning 1894–2023 that documents the professional and institutional history of Virginia’s clerks of court. This series contains bound volumes of annual convention minutes (1910–1953; 1954–1961), executive committee minutes (1993–2003), photograph albums, and scrapbooks recording association gatherings such as conventions, banquets, and training events. Full-size newspapers and clippings from 1960, 2005, and 2015 provide contemporary coverage of clerks’ legislative initiatives, organizational milestones, and the public profile of the VCCA.
