A pamphlet created to instruct Virginia court clerks in preparing fee bills. According to the introduction, J N Bosang first compiled the guide for his own use, then issued it in pamphlet form for distribution to clerks across the state. He later revised it in response to the new Fee Bill Act of 1920. Printed by Everett Waddey Co. of Richmond and used for routine administrative practice.
