Booklet of Clerk Fees printed from a rough draft of the Virginia Court Clerks Association's papers. It lists clerk fees for common civil actions, including divorce, liens, deeds of trust, real estate partition, debt, confession of judgment, unlawful detainer, tax title applications, attachment matters, fiduciary work, notary and guardian qualifications, and garnishment. This draft contains a number of errors later corrected in the Virginia Court Clerks' Handbook.
